Rooms, vehicles, instructors and the popular sizes run out sooner, our buying prices change, and a mistake with a flight costs more. That is why a holiday date carries its own price and earlier confirmation deadlines.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The calendar has 2 days on 2\u20133 January, 3 days on 1\u20133 January and the week of 28 December to 3 January. Every programme ends on a Sunday. Other holiday combinations are quoted individually with extra nights.<\/p>\n<h2>Why New Year cannot be sold through the ordinary button<\/h2>\n<p>WooCommerce does not yet receive live availability from Panda, Alamat, the hire shop or the instructors. Turn on instant payment without a check and you can sell a room or a size that does not exist. The right way to launch is an enquiry, manual confirmation of every resource, an invoice, and only then payment.<\/p>\n<p>A holiday price has to be tied to the date. A discount mechanism is for a real promotion, not for disguising a supplement. For New Year the working assumption is up to 10% on top, but not as an automatic percentage. First the actual room rate, the vehicle and the services are checked.<\/p>\n<p>The Alamat open rate showed a moderate difference in accommodation, but it is not our allocation and it may change. Market demand will bear a holiday supplement, but the price still has to keep a cost price and a margin you can explain, rather than being built on the client&#8217;s emotions alone.<\/p>\n<h2>Confirmation deadlines<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Accommodation and extra nights:<\/strong> allow at least 30 days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Instructor:<\/strong> at least 10 days, and preferably sooner.<\/li>\n<li><strong>ElbrusTransfer:<\/strong> at least 7 days, with the full flight details.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Protective kit and clothing:<\/strong> at least 72 hours, though the popular sizes go sooner.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Meals:<\/strong> a group menu at least a week ahead.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These deadlines are operational minimums, not a promise of availability. If a date is already full, meeting the deadline does not make a service available.<\/p>\n<h2>Flight and transfer: why both halves of the ticket matter<\/h2>\n<p>To meet you we need the flight or train number, the scheduled time, the luggage and the number of people. For the return we need the departure time and the margin you can accept. A shared vehicle runs to one time; different flights may call for private transport.<\/p>\n<p>The limit for waiting on a delayed flight is fixed before payment. ElbrusTransfer is our carrier, but it cannot hold a vehicle indefinitely if that breaks the next job. The alternative and any extra charge are described in advance.<\/p>\n<h2>Hire: how to hold your sizes over the holiday<\/h2>\n<p>At New Year the booking form matters more than ever. A verbal \u201cmedium, men&#8217;s\u201d does not reserve a set. We need height, weight, boot size, level, discipline and stance. Once checked, it takes written confirmation and a deposit.<\/p>\n<p>The price list runs to 31 May 2027: an adult set RUB 1,800 and a child&#8217;s RUB 1,200 per calendar day. A holiday price for the tour does not mean a hidden rise in the hire list; the supplement reflects the other services and the scarcity of the date.<\/p>\n<h2>A beginner in the holiday week<\/h2>\n<p>Without an assigned instructor the beginner&#8217;s package is not sold as confirmed. Looking for one yourself on the morning of 1 January is not a plan you can rely on. Give us the discipline, the level, the age, the language and the time you want when you first enquire.<\/p>\n<p>Helmet and goggles are confirmed for every calendar day. A lesson does not entitle anyone to move on to any run they like. If a suitable area is closed, the professional&#8217;s rules and the resort&#8217;s apply.<\/p>\n<h2>Meals and the celebration<\/h2>\n<p>An ordinary breakfast and a New Year dinner are different products. Nobody can promise a holiday programme merely because the property has held one before. The menu, the time, the price, the drinks, the age conditions and the cancellation terms all have to be confirmed.<\/p>\n<p>Mountain Guide can guarantee meals booked in advance, but not that every allergy can be catered for safely without a special procedure. Restrictions are declared beforehand, and the participant brings a personal reserve.<\/p>\n<h2>The plan for 31 December and 1 January<\/h2>\n<p>A week-long group is under no obligation to spend 31 December on the slope until the last minute. The programme is governed by how the group is feeling and by what is officially open. Alcohol, too little sleep and an early start on 1 January go badly with altitude and sport.<\/p>\n<p>If a client chooses the holiday dinner, the plan for the morning has to stay realistic. The tour does not promise the same intensity every day and does not judge anyone&#8217;s sobriety for them; the safety rules apply throughout.<\/p>\n<h2>What happens when the weather changes<\/h2>\n<p>The resort takes the decisions about its infrastructure. A closure does not entitle anyone to go beyond the official area. Each service has its own cancellation rules: accommodation, transport, hire, instructor and lift pass can all have different consequences.<\/p>\n<p>A week-long tour uses a flexible day. A short tour has less slack; that is a risk of the format, not a reason to promise weather. Check the insurance for skiing as an activity and for the terms on curtailing a trip.<\/p>\n<h2>The rules on holiday discounts<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Early booking only up to a real deadline and on published terms.<\/li>\n<li>A returning client gets 3%, provided it is not combined with another reduction.<\/li>\n<li>The maximum retail discount is 5%.<\/li>\n<li>Agency commission and a client discount are not added together.<\/li>\n<li>A child&#8217;s price comes down only by the actual difference in services.<\/li>\n<li>A promotional code does not remove the need to confirm availability.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What the client gets in writing<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>The dates and everything the package contains.<\/li>\n<li>The property, the room category and who is in which room.<\/li>\n<li>The hire sets and any extra items.<\/li>\n<li>The vehicle, the pick-up points, the flights and the waiting limit.<\/li>\n<li>The instructor, the format and the time, if one is booked.<\/li>\n<li>Meals and the holiday programme, if booked.<\/li>\n<li>The price for the date, the payment schedule and the cancellation rules.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<div class=\"mg-editor-note\">\n<p><strong>In short:<\/strong> a holiday supplement is legitimate and can be transparent. What is not legitimate is selling an unconfirmed room instantly, or running a permanent pretend discount.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2>Frequently asked questions<\/h2>\n<h3>Can I come only on 2 January?<\/h3>\n<p>Yes, there is a two-day format on 2\u20133 January, but it assumes you start in the morning in Terskol.<\/p>\n<h3>Will there be a New Year dinner?<\/h3>\n<p>Only if it has been separately confirmed with a menu, a time and a price. It is not automatically part of the basic package.<\/p>\n<h3>Why can the price change after I enquire?<\/h3>\n<p>Before confirmation we check the live room rate and the other resources. Once the invoice is issued and paid, the price for the agreed package is fixed.<\/p>\n<h3>Can I use an agent&#8217;s promotional code and a returning-client discount together?<\/h3>\n<p>No; under the system as proposed they do not combine.<\/p>\n<h3>What do I do if my flight is delayed?<\/h3>\n<p>Contact the coordinator straight away. The waiting limit agreed in advance applies, along with the option of an additional transfer.<\/p>\n<h2>What to check before you travel<\/h2>\n<p>Mountain infrastructure and conditions change. Before payment we confirm the accommodation, the hire kit and every extra service ordered. The client can see that a late booking may change both the contents and the price.<\/p>\n<h2>A gift voucher for the holiday<\/h2>\n<p>A voucher is better issued for a sum, or for a product with a caveat about confirming the date. Without an allocation you cannot give a specific room and instructor as guaranteed. The recipient chooses the date and pays the difference on the holiday rate where that applies.<\/p>\n<p>The validity, refunds, transfer and use are all described before payment. A voucher should not conceal the limits of the calendar.<\/p>\n<h2>Single occupancy<\/h2>\n<p>On a peak date the single supplement can be substantial, because one person occupies the whole room. It is not an arbitrary percentage but the actual difference in what we buy, with the coefficient applied.<\/p>\n<p>If no single rooms are available, sharing is offered only with explicit agreement and on clear terms. Nobody can be given a stranger to share with after the event.<\/p>\n<h2>A holiday group with one payer<\/h2>\n<p>A closed party of twelve or more can receive an agency or organiser rate of up to 15%, once the cost price has been checked. A single payer simplifies the contract and any refunds, but how the money is divided internally is for the party to settle.<\/p>\n<p>The guest list and the forms are still individual. The organiser of a group cannot replace heights, weights and sizes with \u201cthey are all adults\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2>How not to use false scarcity<\/h2>\n<p>Holiday demand is high, but that does not justify writing an invented \u201clast place\u201d. Only confirmed availability across the whole resource is published. Where availability is checked by hand, the page says \u201cwe will check availability\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>A genuine deadline on a price is explained by how long a room or a vehicle is held. A countdown timer with no such basis is not needed.<\/p>\n<h2>When one member of a group cancels<\/h2>\n<p>If one person cancels, the cost of the room, the vehicle and the lesson may change for the rest. The rules for recalculating are discussed before the group pays. A substitution is possible only within the contracts and after a new form.<\/p>\n<p>Agency commission is recalculated on the sum actually retained. It is not paid on money that has been refunded.<\/p>\n<h2>Photographs for the New Year product<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>The real Terskol in winter, not somebody else&#8217;s stock image.<\/li>\n<li>The kit being issued and fitted.<\/li>\n<li>Accommodation of the actual category.<\/li>\n<li>The group transport, with permission to photograph.<\/li>\n<li>An instructor only where filming has been agreed.<\/li>\n<li>A festive table only where that is what is on offer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A photograph of fireworks is no substitute for evidence of the logistics. For conversion it works better to show that a client understands the whole path from the flight to a kit ready to collect.<\/p>\n<h2>After the holidays<\/h2>\n<p>Straight after the first departure we record the actual cost prices, the delays, the size substitutions and the clients&#8217; questions. The next January date is updated from the facts rather than kept on the New Year template.<\/p>\n<p>Reviews are asked for honestly: with no demand for five stars, with a direct link and with the right not to reply. What we need is agreed photographs of the real experience.<\/p>\n<h2>The New Year itinerary<\/h2>\n<p>In one PDF or message: the flight, the vehicle, the driver, the property, late check-in, the kit issue, the lesson, the meals and the emergency contacts. Every participant gets it offline.<\/p>\n<p>Changes carry a time and an author. An old version should not keep circulating in the group.<\/p>\n<h2>Holiday dress and hired clothing<\/h2>\n<p>If dinner is planned after the skiing, ordinary clothes are packed separately. A ski suit is not a compulsory dress code. Hired clothing is returned under the rules and not used beyond the agreed period.<\/p>\n<p>A photo shoot or an event is not included without confirmation. We do not add them to the list of benefits merely for atmosphere.<\/p>\n<h2>Children at New Year<\/h2>\n<p>Sleep, the holiday dinner and the morning lesson all have to be weighed together. Do not book an early lesson after a late programme simply because the slot is free.<\/p>\n<p>The child&#8217;s set, the seat in the vehicle and the menu are confirmed separately. A family price is worked out from the real lines.<\/p>\n<h2>Payment and the deposit<\/h2>\n<p>The client pays the named seller and gets a receipt. A deposit holds the confirmed resources under the rules. A transfer to a personal card belonging to an unknown supplier is not part of an official order.<\/p>\n<p>The balance and its deadline are given in advance. An extra service added after full payment is invoiced as a separate line.<\/p>\n<h2>The check after the holiday<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Whether the room category matched.<\/li>\n<li>Whether the transfer arrived in time.<\/li>\n<li>How long the kit issue took.<\/li>\n<li>Whether every lesson took place.<\/li>\n<li>What extra charges arose.<\/li>\n<li>What to change in the price.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Without that review a holiday supplement stays an opinion. With the facts it becomes a rate you can manage for the next season.<\/p>\n<h2>An example of an honest holiday price<\/h2>\n<p>An ordinary three-day date is from RUB 22,100. For 1\u20133 January, once the room, the vehicle and the resources are confirmed, the price is a specific sum, for example the base figure plus up to 10%. The page shows both dates and what each includes.<\/p>\n<p>A struck-through \u201cordinary\u201d price at which the product was never sold is not
