Why some programmes have no dates yet
The absence of a date from this list does not mean the route has been cancelled. Private programmes, the west, the east and particular versions of the Cross may be confirmed separately or receive their dates later. We do not publish a provisional schedule here: a date has to appear on a live programme page first.

- Send your request and wait for your place to be confirmed
- Buy your tickets only once it is confirmed
- Check your insurance in advance and reserve any equipment you are missing
How to read the calendar
The list gives the first and last days of the whole programme, not the day of the climb. Summit day falls inside the programme and may be moved to the spare day. So you cannot buy a return ticket based on when you expect to be down: use the official last day and the flight-time guidance on the trip page.
The dates of different programmes can coincide. That is deliberate: the nine-day southern programmes share a start and then diverge according to the objective — one summit, both summits, or a descent to the other side. The northern programmes likewise share an acclimatisation section up to the day when the groups’ routes separate.
How to choose a month
May suits people who want snowy conditions and are ready for colder weather. June opens the main summer season. July and August offer the widest choice of dates but also bring more groups onto the classic route. September is quieter in the valley, but it calls for more attention to the cold and to possible cable car maintenance.
Choosing a date on a long-range forecast alone makes no sense: forecast accuracy for the summit falls away quickly beyond a few days. It matters far more to choose a programme with enough acclimatisation and reserve, and to judge the weather closer to the day, together with your guide.
Flights and the group transfer
On the first day of the southern programmes there are two group transfers from Mineralnye Vody airport: at 12:00 for flights scheduled to land no later than 11:00, and at 15:00 for flights landing no later than 14:00. Between the landing and the departure you need time in hand for luggage and for getting out of the terminal.
If a flight is delayed and someone misses the group transfer by more than 30 minutes, Mountain Guide will help order a private vehicle; that is paid for separately. The northern programmes have their own logistics, set out on the page for the particular trip.
The price in the calendar
The sum shown next to a programme is a guide figure as at the date the page was checked, not a price fixed until the end of 2027. The current price is always shown on the product page. Flights, insurance, personal equipment, the snowcat, single occupancy and additional expenses may fall outside the price on the card.
