This participant’s story goes far beyond a single climb. On Vadim Lutsenko’s own website you can follow his road to Elbrus, his rock-climbing training, the competitions he has entered and his work as a master bricklayer.
Supporting and leading an ascent of Elbrus from the south on quad bikes. A height of 5150 metres was reached, after which local political problems arose. A Russian record was set and entered in the Russian book of records, and a Letter of Thanks was received from the Government of Moscow Region.
