Aconcagua Logistics — Up to Four Full-Board Days

The purpose of the package is to gather the standard ground services into one order when the route, the acclimatisation and the leadership of the group are provided by the client or by their own professional leader. Before payment we map the up-to-four full-board days onto the group’s calendar and mark the dates and camps in which meals are supplied.

The published transport points are Mendoza, Puquios and the Aconcagua park entrance. The parties additionally fix the directions, dates, times, passenger numbers and baggage volumes. A blanket entry reading “all transfers” is not sufficient, because it does not show the airport, the additional journeys or what happens after an early exit from the mountain.

Full board is counted in days, not in separate “services”. For every included day the specification names the camp, the date, breakfast, lunch or a packed lunch, and dinner. The composition of the first and last day is fixed separately according to the times the group arrives and leaves.

Meals under this package apply to the approach and base camps. Meals and service in the high camps do not transfer into the package automatically and require separate written confirmation.

Half-board accommodation is provided in Puente del Inca. The camps offer the infrastructure listed above, but its operation depends on the season, on technical condition and on actual availability. Additional nights, glamping, high-altitude domes, kitchen, toilet service and porters are quoted separately.

Before booking, send us the day-by-day route, the dates, the number of participants and staff, nationalities, load weights, the responsible leader and your requirements for the camps. We return an unambiguous table of inclusions, exclusions, limits and supplements.

Stage 1. Receiving the group’s itinerary.

The client supplies the dates, the camps, the number of participants, the guiding roles and the acclimatisation plan.

Stage 2. Checking the season and availability.

We check the operation of the park, the transport, Puente del Inca, the camps and whether up to four full-board days can be supplied in the approach and base camps.

Stage 3. Transport plan.

The journeys between Mendoza, Puquios and the park entrance are fixed, along with passengers, baggage, times and the driver’s contact details.

Stage 4. Puente del Inca.

Half-board accommodation, check-in times, baggage storage and packing are confirmed.

Stage 5. Catering calendar.

For each included day the specification names the date, the camp and the actual set of meals. The first and last day are checked against the times the group arrives and leaves.

Stage 6. Camp infrastructure.

Dining tents, toilets, the rest area, showers, water, charging and Wi-Fi are confirmed according to actual availability.

Stage 7. Additional services.

Additional nights, glamping, mules, porters, high-altitude tents, kitchen and toilet service are quoted separately.

Stage 8. Final specification.

Before payment the parties approve the price, the currency, the deadlines, the cancellation terms, the contact scheme and what happens if the itinerary changes.

The package can be used by a closed group that brings its own competent leader. The minimum order is set by the price and content of the published package, not by the number of participants alone.

In the published package, low season is given as 1-20 December and from 20 January to the end of the season, and high season as 21 December to 19 January. The dates, rates and park operations in force must be confirmed for the particular year.

Weather can change the group’s pace, the camps used and the date it comes out. Unused services and additional nights are governed by the booking terms; they are not automatically carried over or refunded.

Half-board accommodation is listed in Puente del Inca. The mountain section includes up to 4 days of full-board catering in the approach and base camps. That is the upper limit on catered days, not a count of separate services or individual meals.

For every included day we confirm in writing the date, the camp, and breakfast, lunch or a lunch box, and dinner. What the first and last day cover depends on when the group arrives and leaves, and is fixed before payment. Additional catered days, nights and a higher standard of accommodation are paid separately.

Dietary restrictions, allergies and any special menu are passed to us before confirmation.

The published package lists dining tents, toilets, a rest area, two free shower sessions per person, hot and cold water, charging points and Wi-Fi. All of these depend on how the particular camp is operating.

The high camps are not included automatically. Showers, electricity and internet are not emergency communication. The group leader provides navigation, a first-aid kit, communications and a plan for getting the group out unaided.
