Aconcagua logistics with up to 7 days of full board is a ready-made ground base for a team that brings its own leader and its own climbing plan. The package covers the stated transport points, half-board accommodation in Puente del Inca and up to 7 days of full board in the approach camps and base camps.

The number 7 is the upper limit of catered days, not a count of separate services or individual meals. For every included day the date, the camp and the composition of the catering are confirmed in writing. The first and the last day are checked separately, taking account of when the team arrives and when it leaves.

Camp infrastructure covers dining tents, toilets, a rest area, two free shower sessions per person, hot and cold water, charging stations and Wi-Fi according to how the camp is actually operating. Baggage storage and a packing area in Mendoza are also stated, together with assistance in arranging the permit.

This package is not a guided expedition. International flights, the permit itself, insurance, leadership of the climb, mules, high-altitude porters, personal equipment and any services above base camp are not treated as included unless they appear as a separate line in the specification.

Full board is counted in days rather than in individual services. For each included day the specification lists the camp, the date, breakfast, lunch or a lunch box, and dinner. Catering under this package applies to the approach camps and the base camps: meals and service in the high camps are not transferred into the package automatically and require separate written confirmation.

The published transport points are Mendoza, Puquios and the Aconcagua park entrance. Directions, dates, times, passenger numbers and baggage volumes are fixed separately by both sides, because a general entry such as "all transfers" does not show the airport, extra journeys or what happens after an early exit from the mountain.

In Puente del Inca, half-board accommodation is stated. The camp infrastructure listed below depends on the season, on technical condition and on actual availability. Additional nights, glamping, high-altitude domes, kitchen service, toilet service and porters are quoted separately.

Before booking, send us the day-by-day route, the dates, the number of participants and staff, nationalities, load weights, the responsible leader and your camp requirements. We will return an unambiguous table of inclusions, exclusions, limits and surcharges.

If you need a guided expedition rather than ground logistics, see the 12-day Aconcagua climb or the 7-day Aconcagua climb. A shorter ground package is available as the Aconcagua logistics package with up to 4 full-board days.

About the Aconcagua logistics package

The purpose of the package is to bring standard ground services together in a single order when the route, the acclimatization plan and the leadership of the team are provided by the client or by the client’s professional leader. Before payment we match up to 7 days of full board against the team’s calendar and mark the dates and the camps in which catering is provided.

The published transport points are Mendoza, Puquios and the Aconcagua park entrance. Both sides additionally fix the directions, dates, times, number of passengers and the volume of baggage. A general entry such as “all transfers” is not sufficient, because it does not show the airport, additional journeys or what happens after an early exit from the mountain.

Full board is counted in days, not in separate “services”. For every included day the specification states the camp, the date, breakfast, lunch or a lunch box, and dinner. The composition of the first and the last day is recorded separately, depending on when the team arrives and when it leaves.

Catering under this package applies to the approach camps and the base camps. Meals and service in the high camps are not transferred into the package automatically and require separate written confirmation.

In Puente del Inca, half-board accommodation is stated. The infrastructure listed in a separate block is available in the camps, but its operation depends on the season, on technical condition and on actual availability. Additional nights, glamping, high-altitude domes, kitchen service, toilet service and porters are quoted separately.

Before booking, send us the day-by-day route, the dates, the number of participants and staff, nationalities, load weights, the responsible leader and your requirements for the camps. We will return an unambiguous table of inclusions, exclusions, limits and surcharges.

Teams organising their own expedition should also review the layout of the Normal Route camps, the way mules and high-altitude porters work on the mountain, and the practical arrangements for water, showers, communications and charging on Aconcagua.
