How booking and payment work

  1. To book, send a request from the trip page, or message our company phone number on a messaging app. Once we have your request, our office will send you a contract to sign and an invoice.
  2. You can look at the template contract in advance via the link
  3. How payment works: we send you the contract and the invoice. You can pay in full in one go, or split the payment into 2 parts — 30% up front to confirm your booking and the balance at any point after that, but no later than 10 days before the trip starts.
  4. If a trip is cancelled, refunds are made under the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
